NC Groove Fest Vendor Contract

Name of the Event: NC Groove Fest
Date of Event: October 14th, 2023
Cost: $100.00 Per Booth

Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: canopies, tables, chairs etc.
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote NC Groove Fest
No electricity or running water is available.
NC Groove Fest usually runs from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 11:00 am. Break down is 10:00pm.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any booth.

NC Groove Fest and its affiliates/sponsors will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during NC Groove Fest. Food Trucks and must be licensed in NC. Payments must be made in full to reserve vendor space.
